Thank you for your assistants on the LHV Precast Bridge Event, held and the Garden Plaza on March 27, 2014. The services you provided from brochures, mailers, email blast and a solid marketing plan helped greatly in LHV’s ability to promote an event that exceeded our expectations.
During the planning stages of this event the advice and guidance you provided as to how to get our target audience was accurate and astute. We set the goal high at 50-75 attendees for the event. But, more realistically we were expecting no more than 50 attendees. Through you ad your teams hard work, creative designs and professional copy the tactics deployed were well received. Also, your persistence in encouraging me helped as well. In the end we had a whopping 92 professional attendees that filled our tables.
The contacts made from the results of this successful event will soon convert to higher sales for LHV Precast. As you have taught me, marketing is a continuous process of leads to follow ups to new leads resulting in greater sales and an expanded customer base and a stronger client list.
Again thank you for all your hard work. I am looking forward to even bigger and better campaigns in the future with you and your firm.
